This activity implemented recovery actions for 27 Critically Endangered flora, 31 Endangered and 47 Vulnerable flora taxa, two Threatened Ecological Communities, the Critically Endangered Western Ground Parrot and Gilbert’s Potoroo, the Endangered Dibbler and Noisy Scrub-bird. Other activities included under this component included implementing recovery actions for the endangered Forest Red-tailed Black Cockatoo, Carnabys Cockatoo, Baudins Cockatoo, and Muirs Corella, and Vulnerable Numbat and Chuditch and other threatened taxa where populations occur in the Region. Work on all threatened species programs funded under this investment were integrated wherever possible to maximise efficiency’s and investment.
