This project will implement the North Stirlings Pallinup Natural Resources Inc. (NSPNR) Plan and promote perennials establishment, shelter belts and biodiversity plantings to mitigate wind erosion risk as well as raising the profile of biodiversity issues.
Land manager knowledge will be enhanced through training to improve soil health, soil cover and reduce erosion vulnerability. Funding will enable a Project Officer to coordinate on ground works, in support of the objectives of NSPNR, and work closely with South Coast Natural Resource Management Inc. (South Coast NRM Inc.) to ensure a strategic approach to implementation.
