Our estuarine projects have made great inroads into restoring estuarine systems and lakes across the South Coast region. Land degredation, Phytophthora Dieback, salinity, waterlogging and uncontrolled public use are constant threats to the remaining biodiversity of our lakes, wetlands and on-farm remnant vegetation. From the Wellstead Estuary and Wilson Inlet, through to Oyster Harbour and the Ramsar-listed Lake Warden catchment in Esperance, South Coast NRM is working hard with our partners to achieve results.
